Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Playable End Card Maker website and related tools (the “Service”), operated by Autosphere Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Ahmedabad, India–based company. The Service includes our free playable end card maker, interactive end card creator, and no-code playable ad builder for creating HTML5 playable ads and video end cards. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Description of the Service

Playable End Card Maker is a free, browser-based tool that allows you to create HTML5 playable ads and interactive end cards for mobile user acquisition. The Service includes the playable end card editor (video and image modes), export functionality for Unity, Google, Meta, TikTok, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, and other ad networks, Documentation, Blog, and related web pages (e.g. What Are Playable Ads, How to Make Playable End Cards). We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. We do not currently require account registration to use the editor; if we introduce accounts later, additional terms may apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload, create, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or that promotes illegal activity, violence, or discrimination.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users’ data.
• Use automated means (e.g. scraping, bots) to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or violates our policies, except as we may explicitly allow.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service (or any part of it) in a way that competes with or repackages our offering without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your Content and Creations

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. images, audio) and the creatives you build using the Service (“Your Content”), subject to the licenses you grant below. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights necessary to use and export Your Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any policy of the ad networks you use.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service (e.g. rendering in the editor, generating exports). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for marketing or other purposes outside operating the Service, except as you consent or as required by law.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The Service (including the website, editor, UI, design, documentation, and our trademarks and logos) is owned by Autosphere Labs or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or our branding without our prior written consent. You may use the exported creatives you generate for your own campaigns in accordance with these Terms and the policies of the ad networks you use.

6. No Warranty; “As Is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

Export outputs (e.g. HTML, assets) are generated based on your inputs and our export logic; you are responsible for verifying that creatives meet the requirements of each ad network and for complying with each network’s policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autosphere Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, fifty United States dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autosphere Labs and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Playable End Card Maker site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. ad network dashboards, app stores) or integrate with third-party services (e.g. advertising, analytics). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third parties. When you export creatives for Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, or other networks, you are subject to those networks’ policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes to the Terms by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
